EDUCATION
"Jayden has fostered a productive atmosphere for my son, and has been thorough and engaging, while bringing a great deal of enthusiasm to teaching percussion. Without question, his education and experience is a great benefit to him, but I feel Jayden abilities go further than simply his academic career. He's a personable and knowledgeable—a rare pairing these days."

Whether it is a private student, group lessons, or a school clinic, it's always exciting to meet new students. Regardless of your specific needs, we will tailor a lesson plan to guarantee that you will succeed at your musical goals.
My studio features a positive, dynamic learning environment, regardless of age or skill level, and is equipped with a variety of professional percussion equipment including two drum sets, marimba, vibraphone, glockenspiel, as well as all common (and many uncommon) percussion accessories, an array of hand drums, and much more. My teaching experience has covered private and group lessons to a very diverse student body. I started teaching in my home studio shortly after finishing high school, and began teaching at the Douglas College Community Music School a couple of years later. While working on my Masters degree at the University of Western Ontario, I led the Western Chamber Music Jazz Ensemble, Marching Band, and taught adults and seniors in small groups as part of the New Horizons Adult Bands. In addition to this, I've engaged with groups of children and youth through the London Children's Connection, the Junction Climbing Center, Brio Music London, and have also educated youth through Vivo Music Ingersoll.
Learning music should be enjoyable. Contact me and we can find the best way to take your musicianship to the next level. |
