Hi, I'm Jayden!
I specialize in photographing concerts and events, but also love to shoot headshots, portraits, products, and weddings. Each of these genres offers me unique and enjoyable challenge. My work has been included in marketing for clients such as Sennheiser microphones, Attack Drumheads, and EnergyOne. I'm grateful to be able to connect with diverse audiences from a variety of backgrounds.

Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, I enjoy travelling worldwide to play music, take photos, and for leisure. I'm proud to say that my love of rock climbing and biking is in equilibrium with my love of ice cream. I've completed multiple bike tours and plan to ride across Canada.
How am I different?
There are a lot of photographers out there, but not many photographers are also professional musicians with a Masters degree and experience in prouctions and show buisness. This benefits everybody, whether you're one of my musical clients or not. Performing for tens of thousands of people, whether it's classical music or rock and roll, I've had to adapt to different high-stress situations and learn to find quick solutions to a variety of problems along the way, meaning I can easily adapt to fit your needs as well as the constraints of any venue or event. My involvement in productions means that I can anticipate where to position myself to get the best photographs for your event. Musicians are also perfectionists, which means I'll only deliver fully edited and retouched images which pass a high standard.
Specific to equipment, I only use Canon dual SD card full-frame mirrorless cameras paired with Canon's Luxury lenses. Two SD Cards in each camera means that there is a built-in backup, and with Luxury lenses, you are guaranteed to have the best image quality with no mechanical limitations. You'll usually see me using zoom lenses, too. They guarantee that I can capture more photographs from the same position - something that can be crucial in fast-paced environments or ones where movement is limited, which happens at most events!
