How am I a different cameraman?
There are a lot of photographers and videographers out there, but not many who are also professional musicians with a Masters degree and experience running productions and working in show business. This benefits everybody, whether you're booking headshots or hosting an event. Performing for tens of thousands of people, whether it's classical music or rock and roll, I've had to adapt to different high-stress situations and learn to find quick solutions to a variety of problems along the way, meaning I can easily adapt to fit your needs as well as the constraints of any venue or event, even when things don't go according to plan. My involvement in productions means that I can anticipate where to position myself to get the best shots and footage of your event. Musicians are also perfectionists, which means you'll only receive fully edited and retouched products which pass a high standard.
Specific to equipment, I use Canon dual SD card full-frame mirrorless cameras paired with Canon's Luxury lenses. Two SD Cards in each camera means that there is a built-in backup in case one experiences a failure, and with Luxury lenses, you're guaranteed to have the best image quality with no mechanical limitations. You'll usually see me using zoom lenses, too. They guarantee that I can capture more content from the same position, which is something that can be crucial in fast-paced environments or ones where movement is limited, which happens at most events!
