Professional percussionist looking to rent a room to a keen music student, artist, or working professional. Individual should be responsible, respectful, friendly, and clean. Covid notwithstanding, a few guests are okay. A party is not! Unfortunately, at this time I'm not accepting people with pets.
The unit is southfacing and gets an incredible amount of sun in the Summer (and Winter!). The room is private and fully furnished, with all amenities included in the shared living space. Room includes a single bed with two drawers, desk, lamp, and 3-tier storage unit, with option to switch them for a double bed and dresser. There is a music studio as well as a small photography setup in the basement, where you can also practice!
Located a few blocks North of Grant MacEwan and across from Central McDougall Park in a cute townhouse complex. It's a 10 minute walk to the Kingsway or Grant MacEwan LRT and a 20 minute walk to downtown as well as having easy access to the downtown bike network.
Lease is $550/month all inclusive plus $550 damage deposit with a flexible move-in date and lease length. Vehicle parking is available in front of the unit, and bicycle parking is available in the garage along with some storage space. References are an asset; I am happy to provide references as well.
