Jayden Beaudoin, a professional percussionist and photographer, is searching for a student or working professional to occupy one of his extra rooms on a negotiable 1-year lease. The individual should be responsible, respectful, friendly, and clean. There is one additional tenant in the house who is a musician and substitute teacher who also shares the common space. Unfortunately, at this time I will not be accepting people who own pets.
The unit faces south, so it gets an incredible amount of sun in the summer (and winter!). The fully-furnished room is private and includes a twin bed with space below for storage, a desk, chair, lamp, and dresser. The shared living space comes fully equipped, including all kitchen essentials, a small home gym, and an even an upright piano.
The unit is located a few blocks north of Grant MacEwan and across from Central McDougall Park in a cute townhouse complex. It's a 10 minute walk to the Kingsway or Grant MacEwan LRT, a 15 minute walk to Kingsway Mall, a 20 minute walk to downtown, and the location has easy access to the city bike network.
Lease is $550/month all inclusive plus a $550 damage deposit. Free motor vehicle parking is available in front of the unit, and bicycle parking is available in the garage along with some storage space. References are an asset and I am happy to provide references as well.
